- No poly-based rope is to be used on plastic rollers.
- If you are using poly rope, please order aluminum block rollers.
90 Degree Corner Blocks
Ensure minimal drag is placed on the cable and that minimum bend radius is not exceeded. Pole-mounted blocks guide cable around an inside or outside corner. Corner blocks are available in 90 degree configurations with a variety of cable carrying capacities.
90 Degree Large Diameter Corner Block
A larger bend radius of 23" (584 mm) makes this block effective for larger diameter cable and innerduct—up to 2.75" (70 mm) diameter. Welded and painted steel frame. Plastic rollers are durable and lightweight.
90 Degree Corner Blocks
With a bend radius of 22.25" (565 mm), these corner blocks feature a welded and painted steel frame with angular and vertical reinforcements. Plastic rollers are durable and lightweight. Adjustable rubber idler arms retain cable in position.
45 Degree Corner Blocks
45 Degree Corner Blocks are used to guide cable on inside or outside corners and are used as a cable chute in reel-to-strand spans, or mid-spans. These cable blocks ensure minimal drag is placed on cable and that the minimum bend radius is not exceeded.
