This guillotine-type cutter will make straight, clean cut every time. These cutters can be used for cutting a wide range of electrical conductors. The head opens easily for inserting cable at any location along the line. Designed to cut copper, aluminum, ACSR, guy woire, soft steel bolts, rebar, ground and anchor rod. Magnetic oil reservoir plug traps metal contaminants. The blades are manufactured from high strength special steel, heat treated to assure a long service life. The head can rotate 360 degrees, enabaling the operator to work in the most comfortable position, and can easily be opened to allow the cutting of running cables. REL-2000MC featurews an automatic saftey valve to bypass oil when reaching maximum pressue; a pressure release device can also be operated at any stage of operation.
